SHIPPING POLICY — BAZARO

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed the next working day. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp.

Order Confirmation
For Cash on Delivery orders, our team will contact you on the phone number provided to confirm your order before dispatch. If we are unable to reach you after multiple attempts within 48 hours, the order may be cancelled automatically.

Delivery Time

  • Major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan): 2–4 working days
  • Other cities and towns: 3–6 working days
  • Remote areas: up to 7 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

  • Standard delivery charges: Rs. 250 across Pakistan
  • Free delivery on orders above Rs. 3,000
  • Cash on Delivery is available nationwide at no extra cost

We ship through trusted courier services including PostEx & TCS.

Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, a tracking ID will be shared with you. You can track your parcel directly on the courier's website. If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours of confirmation, please contact us.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are complete and correct. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to receive, the customer may be required to pay the return shipping cost before we reship the order.

Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your parcel at the time of delivery. If the packaging appears tampered with or damaged, do not accept the parcel. For any missing or damaged items, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number.
